Summary
Philippa Tsai is the Chairman of Transnational Vision, Attorneys-at-Law ("the firm") and the President of the Foundation for Yunus Social Business Taiwan. She is widely recognized as the court-appointed administrator for the corporate restructuring of Far Eastern Air Transport Corporation. She founded the firm in 2001 and specializes in corporate reorganization, capital markets, real estate law, and resource integration, earning a strong reputation as an expert in corporate restructuring.
In 2014, she organized a series of events in Taiwan for Professor Muhammad Yunus, the 2006 Nobel Peace Laureate, known as the "Banker to the Poor." She spearheaded the recruitment of 108 pioneers to join the Foundation for Yunus Social Business Taiwan, dedicating significant efforts to advancing Professor Yunus’s vision of a world without poverty. Through the promotion of Grameen Bank principles and Yunus Social Business models, she has worked to foster sustainable social impact in Taiwan.
Philippa Tsai firmly believes that the true measure of a person’s life lies in their contributions to society. Inspired by Professor Yunus, she has dedicated herself to helping businesses overcome challenges through legal expertise and empowering disadvantaged individuals by equipping them with essential skills for a sustainable livelihood.
