Transnational Vision, Attorneys-at-Law (hereinafter “the firm”) was founded in 2001 by Ms. Philippa Tsai, who serves as the Chair and a practicing attorney.

One of our esteemed attorneys, Ms. Yu-Shan Huang, has successfully passed the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArB) examination and has received extensive training in science and technology. She specializes in corporate and labor law.

Commitment to Social Responsibility

The firm is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and actively supports underprivileged communities in Taiwan. Ms. Philippa Tsai is the Founder and Chair of the Foundation for Yunus Social Business Taiwan, established with authorization from Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate and founder of Grameen Bank. She was honored as the Foundation’s first Chair, playing a pivotal role in fostering social business initiatives in Taiwan.
